CEMOS Painting & Decorating Ltd Referral Programme Terms & Conditions
By submitting a referral, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. About the Referral Programme
CEMOS Painting & Decorating Ltd offers a referral reward of £50.00 for each qualifying referral.
2. Qualifying Referral
A referral will qualify only if:
- the referred customer is a new customer to CEMOS Painting & Decorating Ltd;
- the referred customer books a job with a total value of £500.00 or more;
- the job is fully completed; and
- the customer has paid in full.
3. Jobs Below £500.00
No referral reward will be paid for jobs with a total value of less than £500.00.
4. When the Reward Is Paid
The referral reward will only be paid after the job has been completed and full payment has been received from the customer. If the customer cancels, delays indefinitely, or does not pay, no referral reward will be due.
5. Form of Reward
The £50.00 referral reward may be provided as cash or bank transfer, voucher, or gift card, at our discretion. We reserve the right to decide the form in which the reward is issued.
6. One Reward Per Qualifying Referral
Only one £50.00 reward will be paid per qualifying referred customer/job. If the same person is referred by more than one referrer, the reward will only be paid to the person whose referral was received first.
7. Existing Customers and Existing Leads
A referral will not qualify if the referred person is already an existing customer, already in contact with us, or already known to the business through a quotation request, enquiry, or previous referral.
8. Right to Refuse or Withhold Reward
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or withhold any referral reward where false or misleading information has been provided, the referral is not genuine, the referrer does not have permission to share the referred person’s details, the referral breaches these terms, or there is suspected abuse of the scheme.
9. Changes to the Referral Programme
We may amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral programme at any time without prior notice. Any valid referral received before withdrawal will be assessed under the terms in place at the time of submission.

10. Personal Data We Collect
To administer this programme we may collect your name, phone number and email address, and the name and contact details of the person you are referring.
11. How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data only for legitimate business purposes connected with the referral programme: recording and managing referrals, contacting the referrer and the referred person, assessing whether a referral qualifies, arranging quotations and services, and maintaining business and legal records.
12. Data Protection
CEMOS Painting & Decorating Ltd handles personal data lawfully, fairly, securely and transparently in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
13. Permission to Refer
By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have the permission of the person you are referring to share their details with us.
14. Data Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the referral programme, customer contact, business administration, and legal or regulatory requirements.
15. Your Rights
